Four years seams like a long dry spell, especially when you are a Buccs fan. The last time the Buccs had a winning season was in the 1987-88 season.
That was also the last time the Buccs advanced to the District Finals.
The 1991-92 season was an exiting year for the Buccs. They restored a sense of tradition, bringing fans back to the days when a trip to the Districts was a regularity in the '80s.
This years team had a solid unit of talented players starting with Bryan Kenworthy. Brian led the Buccs in points scored on the season with 349 for a 15.2 average. Bryan also led the Buccs in assists with 69.
Eldon Kuntz scored 340 points despite missing three games. He averaged 17.0 points per game and also led the Buccs with 169 rebounds.
The Alexander twins, Tony and Kris contributed with 158 and 122 points respectively. They also grabbed 196 rebounds between the two. They both will be back next season which gives Bucc fans more to look forward to.
