The Covington Buccaneers fished the 1994-95 season with a 17-5 record and a Cross County Conference Championship.
The Buccs had big wins over Fairlawn, National Trail, Tri Village, Bethel, Franklin Monroe, Botkins, Twin Valley South, Milton Union, Ansonia, Miami East, Bradford, Tipp City, Arcanum, Mississinawa Valley, and a win over Newton 106-82.
They entered tournament play with an impressive win over Franklin Monroe but was derailed in their rematch with Mississinawa Valley.
The Buccs were led by Seniors Bob Supinger and Nick Wintrow. Supinger scored 304 points while Wintrow added 284 points of his own. Also chipping in with solid offensive seasons were Dan Kendig, Josh Wills and Ward Bell. Kendig dropped in 215 points, Wills scored 206 points while Ward Bell contributed with 1765 points. Josh Wills led the Buccs with 127 rebounds while Nick Wintrow grabbed 122 rebounds and dished out a team high 127 assists.
